'Partaking in Embodied Cycles was truly one of the most nourishing and transformative experiences I’ve had in a long time. Each Sunday morning became a grounding ritual that set the tone for my entire week. What I gained from this space went far beyond simply learning about the menstrual cycle, it gave me a deeper, more compassionate relationship with my own body. Throughout the program, I learned how to track my cycle in an intentional way, paying attention not only to physical symptoms but also to my energy, emotions, and needs. I gained practical knowledge about what foods best support each phase of the cycle and how to care for my body accordingly. The integration of somatic practices, mudras, and yoga offered tangible tools that I can continue using in my daily life, helping me feel more connected, regulated, and empowered. One of the most meaningful parts of the experience was the sense of community. Being in a safe, supportive space with other women who were also exploring their cycles created a feeling of openness and trust that made learning even more impactful.'
