- 6 live 75-minute embodiment, coaching & Q&A calls (one per week)
- Pre-recorded educational teachings (approx. 60 minutes per week)
- LOKAH eBook guide + curated resources
- Guided meditations, pranayama, and somatic / yoga-therapeutic tools
